A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days before your arrival. For short-term bookings (i.e. less than 21 days between booking and arrival), the full amount of the trip must be paid at the time of booking.

For each cancellation received as follows we charge:

  • up to 60 days before the date of arrival 30% of the booking value
  • until the 30th day before the date of arrival 50% of the booking value
  • until the 14th day before the date of arrival 80% of the booking value

Thereafter, the general principle of 90% of the booking value applies. If you do not arrive at your
accommodation, this will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given
.

In case of early departure we charge 100% of the total price according to the booking confirmation. A
declaration of withdrawal must generally be made in writing, even for online bookings. It is recommended to take out a travel cancellation insurance, which is not included in our prices.

Villaggio Galanu may cancel the booked service without giving reasons up to 14 days before the beginning of the stay. Payments already made will be refunded to the guest in full. Later cancellation of the contract is also allowed in case of occurrence of unforeseeable events that make the booked stay impossible (e.g. water damage, defect in the bathroom, defect in the heating system, etc.).
