You must inform us of your planned arrival time in writing as soon as possible.
You must confirm (or correct) your estimated arrival time again by telephone at least 2 hours before your planned arrival. We will welcome you personally, hand over the keys and also personally introduce you to your vacation home.
Arrival is possible from 3.00 pm.
Departure is possible until 10.00 am.
If these times are not convenient for you, we will try to find a suitable solution (depending on our current booking situation).
Payment is made by bank transfer to one of our bank accounts. The account details and payment terms are included on our invoice.
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided.
Each cottage has a free parking space at the house.
No, pets are not allowed.
Terms of payment
A deposit of 50% is payable on booking. The remaining 50% must be paid 14 days before your arrival. For short-term bookings, the full amount of the trip must be paid at the time of booking (up to three weeks before arrival).
Cancellation policy
We charge the following cancellation fees:
– up to 60 days before the date of arrival 30% of the booking value
– up to 30 days before the date of arrival 50% of the booking value
– up to 14 days before the date of arrival 80% of the booking value
Thereafter, the general principle of 90% of the booking value applies. If you do not arrive at your accommodation, this will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
